Drift computes where the object will be on neighbouring nights, looks for it in the archives of large surveys and prepares a report for the Minor Planet Center.

1 · Forecast

Coordinates for ±10 nights and the path among the stars with error circles.

2 · MPC Checker

Is there an already known body nearby with the same motion?

3 · ZTF

Search on archive images and in the alerts of the ZTF survey.

4 · ATLAS

Photometry at the predicted position and search on image cut-outs.

5 · Report

ADES or MPC1992, with survey observations; for new objects — to the NEOCP.
